On October 4th, more than 200 friends showed up at the Puritan Center in Manchester to honor
Bill Chapman & Arnie Alpert and hear keynote speaker Lew Feldstein.
Bill and Arnie were presented with ACLU of New Hampshire’s annual Bill of Rights Award
for their extraordinary efforts and accomplishments protecting civil rights.
